Unregulated Deposit Ordinance 2019

would anyone clarify as to whether we can give or take loans from individuals?. the new ordinance prohibits us from doing that. although newspapers have clarified using govt sources, but is anyone aware if the govt. has issued any official comment on this

Any amount received by an individual by way of a loan from his relatives, has been entirely exempted under section 2(4)(f).

Any individuals borrowing or taking loans or money from relatives or friends forpersonal use or business needs or for any other personal reasons is exempted under the Ordinanace
