Accident death claim

My younger brother died in a road accident by Tata truck which was brand new without any registration.

Now I want to claim for compensation.

He was working as a teacher in Dav School (ad-hoc). Unmarried and 30 years of age.

pls tell the process and how much can I claim for ?
Father is retired and mother is housewife.

Police is saying they have sent the case to court and I will get intimation from court about hearing

Consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for instituting motor accident claim, only 2 documents shall be insufficient to get award in favour of LRs of deceased.
