Advice required

Hey, I want to take advice, whether a employer can terminate a employee after accepting resignation & relieved him from the services with effect from the same day he resigned & they accepted resignation. As thus, employee has no option to serve the probation period. Kindly tell whether employer can terminate after the day they give relieving orders.

it is important as well as ethical to give a notice to your company. ... Most of the companies don't have notice period in probation period.You can leave anytimewithout any pay.After probation period it means after conformation then either you serve 2 months or 3 months or pay money for 1 month or 2months.

Relieving orders issued means  termination.
