While applying for A.B. from session court in a 498a case, somehow the wife came to know about the same and she and her lawyer started argument so that the bail is not granted in the court.
Is it a law or rule of the road that such information is passed by the police to complainent??
What shall be the next step for the defendent to apply for A.B. etc.??
