Fake case

a fir was filed against me u?s 323, 354, 417, 420, 506 ipc the matter was my ex gf accused me of marrying her even though i havent and she has produced a fake photo of the same marriage she also has produce some tampered whatsapp chat screen shots now how should i go about my case (im on bail right now) please suggest me the best way to come out of the case much sooner

Move an Application u/s 207 of CrPC, after that you will receive chargesheet copy and statements of witnesses. See whether police have sent the WhatsApp chat to FSL. If it is tampered, it will come out in FSL report.

the whatsapp chats the girl has provided clearly has "This Message Was Deleted" isnt this enough to prove that the conversation was tampered ??

No that alone cant be taken as sufficient evidence for tampering.
