Complaint in Bar Council

I have applied for divorce case. My dad has being attacked by opposite cousel in court and i have being threat to be done same. All has bring recorded in court camera for which RTI has being files to get recording. Keeping this video recording can i register complaint against those advocates in bar council ? and if yes wat type of charges i need to put. they have beat my father and threat me as well

Your first give complaint in local police station. You can also give complaint on the website of bar council of India regarding this and wait for a reply. But this is local matter, jurisdiction is of local police.

File contempt petition against the counsel in the Family court for his unruly act. Let the Presiding Judge of the Family Court take appropriate action against that fellow.
