dear sir,
i am a one eyed person i.e in my one eye 6/60 and in one eye 6/6, i got selected as a Probationary Officer in rural bank, this type of same problem guy got rejected prom their bank due to bad eye sight he appiled in court please tell me the what is the final judgement whether he got job or not, i am providing the link https://indiankanoon.org/doc/1408589/ https://indiankanoon.org/doc/114123797/ these are two links and two different cases, sir please help to get out of this problem

thank soo much for your reply sir i got selected as po i have to apear for medical examination in this month if the bank will do same thing with me also then what i have to do, showing this court orders will they convence?? or i have to file a petition in court?
