Query on retirement of a judge delivering the verdict

Hi

There is  a case going on in family court filed for restitution of conjugal rights.Case was filed in 2013 and arguments has been completed from both the sides on Oct 24 2017.The Judge who has handled this case is retiring on   Nov 30 2017.I would like to know whether Judge is liable to deliver the verdict before he retires or whether there will be a fresh round of argument in front of the new Judge?

Can the new Judge deliver the verdict based on the notes taken by the retired judge during argument?

Kindly reply.

Thanks in advance

Regards

Prasad

Request your own lawyer to request the judge politely for early judgment as he will be retiring shortly.

Your own lawyer who is well versed with all stages of the matter, court procedures, nature etc  can advise you the best.
