Need urgent advise........please must answer

i want to know..........if i transfer my money to my mother's account by cheque........and then my wife files a divorce case..............then will my mother's account money be divided........right now she has not filed any case.....but suppose if she files after 2-6 months..........will court check my mother's account or if anyone can suggest me to how can i hide my money, which is in my personal account...no joint account..............can anyone please answer in full detail please

Your wife has no share in your bank balance. She can only claim monthly maintenance based on your monthly income and expenditure.

your wife has no right to claim your belongings, she can claim maintenançe .

Wife has NO forced share in self acquired estate of husband.

Wife has NO forced share in self acquired estate of MIL,FIL etc .

Your payment to anyone including your mother is your personal discretion.

Your deposit in your joint bank a/c with anyone is your personal discretion.

So it is time to go thru Apex Court Judgments laying guidelines for award of maintainance......

It is also time to repair relations and save marriage, if possible.
