PF Withdrawal

I have resigned from a company 6 months back and my settlement is due. Can I withdraw my PF amount?

You may carefully go thru the PF withdrawal forms that can be obtained from nearest PF office (free).

If you are not working for 2 months LWD/date of acceptance of acceptance of resignation, you can.

It is better option to transfer the PF and keep the a/c active till retirement.

Has your resignation been accepted?

Would you like to post why your settlement is due for 6 month?

No my resignation was not accepted but I have my resignation copy and property submitted and it's acceptance copy.

If there is NO employer-employee relation with past employer in your record and employer's records then you can withdraw/transfer.

If you are not working for 2 months LWD/date of acceptance of resignation, you can, withdraw.

It is better option to transfer the PF and keep the a/c active till retirement.

Would you like to post why your settlement is due for 6 month?

Are you facing any difficulty in withdrawing PF due to any action by past employer e.g; declinature to attest PF froms?

If you don’t want to discuss due to any reason then you may use the ‘SEARCH’ option and go thru many illustrated threads on similar query.
