I'm employed in one PSU now. Just now I've received a mail from another PSU that I've been selected in their firm for which I've given exam earlier(i.e, before my current employment). Now my query is that, will I need to submit a relieving letter from my current employer to the new one, since I didn't mentioned anywhere in my new PSU that I'm employed. Will it create any problems for me in the future will hide my current employment to the new the new employer. Kindly help me out from this confusing state of mind and give me a proper solution to this issue.
