I am about to purchase plot from a company with approved grampachayat layout.
can I check the approved layout in Telangana online?
is it sufficient or any other documents should I ask them?
please specify as I have totally nil knowledge regarding this.

what are the documents to be obtained? Some I have obtained (through whatsapp) based on the knowledge obtained by INTERNET.
1. Land conversion(to Residential) copy;
2. Grampanchayat Layout copy;
3. EC in Telangana Website.
Please specify any other documents to be obtained.
