Bail on first appearance in court

Learned Seniors !

Whether there is any case law or directions of Higher court, that accused who has been already released under 41 A Cr.P.C. by police should be given bail on his first date of hearing, after filing charge sheet, as investigation has been completed and purpose of bail has been fulfilled.

Thanks Sir for kind help,

But I want to be sound, with legal material, because case is of 332, 353 IPC.

Seniors know better that bail is treated with Whims rather than rationality.

You can be granted bail, don't worry.
