Gift deed to daughter

Hai My Father-In-Law has 4 daughters and 4 properties which is not ancestral property but self purchased and the same he has done gift deed for each daughter and also registered. My question is whether all daughters have to sign in each one of gift deed and if not signed by other daughters whether they or there childrens can claim each ones property in future days. Looking forward to hear from you ASAP

Property is self acquired. Nobody need to agree on his will/gift deed. What he does, he does and its valid.

The donor, has to execute such legally valid gift deeds of his self acquired property , and the opinions or interferences are not required through signatures.
