in a decision SC had decided that for meter defects case u/s 126 of electricity case can not be registered.strangly,there is no jurisdiction to none , if final order is not passed.
the electric officer has billed the amount as per sec 126.he has there is no value of supreme court decision of yr 1987 and advused to go supreme court. strange that a low level officer would not like to read judgement ,so is with higher officer --DE VIGILANCE.
pl advise who can compell to follow sc decion.thanks
