127 crpc application rejected without considering application point and say submmited by oposit party with JMFC court shall i go for review or revision or appleal please suggest ? what will be time limit to file application respectively and can be file appllication before hearing date .

127 is tricky. You need to show change in circumstances eg: lost job, fell sick etc with proof u need to ask after completion of 1 year fr date

127 is tricky. You need to show change in circumstances eg: lost job, fell sick etc with proof u need to ask after completion of 1 year fr date of order. And if court is satisfied, it might readjudicate the alimony lc ordered. In case of ia, Hc won't readjudicate ia no matter what.

Yes under changes of circumstance with proof application was filed Judges was new he was not aware previous condition but I have given written argument

YOu can file CXriminal Revision case underSection 482 Cr.P.C. section 125 doesn't provide for any time limit for filing Criminal Revison case. But normal practice of advocates is to file it within 90 days. If you appreciate this answer please click the thnak you button on this forum.
