Writing a book does not come under the business activity. There are thousands of books written by the lawyers and are selling in the market. A lawyer can do a part time job also to uplift the legal study among other students. One can not become prop. or partner in any business firm but he can act as silent partner. He also can not become active director or active managing director in any company.
