Dear all,
May I please request you to solve my query regarding an LLP for legal services.
I am intending to create and register an LLP for providing legal services. Do I need to take permission or inform to the Bar Council regarding the same.
What is the procedure for the same?

Hi
For an limited liability partnership where both/ all of the partners are Lawyers, then no permission is required.
if 1 of the partner is not a lawyer, then you cannot set up a LLP.
