Sridhar Babu! This site is not meant to save yoru money and energy. You are a businessman. Engage the services of a local lawyer and get it properly drafted rahter rasising such questions and demand here and there.

ok. I suggest to engage a local lawyer becuase the knowledge has to be applied properly by accurate person after visiting the entire relevant documents.
