Return of notice 125

dear experts,

please advise if returning of notice is a good idea or not,with comment of door locked?

kindly advise

Its not advisable to return the notice with door locked.

if the notice is related to check bounce then the sender can file a criminal case against you based on section 138 and an arrest warrant will be procured against you.

its always better to take the notice and reply to it via a learned advocate.

Is it a legal notice or a summons from a court ( Also referred to as a notice at times ) :????

How do U know it is notice u/s 125 without receiving it? U should not return any legal notice or else it may lead to number of complications in future.
