dear sir we have property that is purchased by elders and i am elder son of 5th generation and no will is made by my elders.than what is my rights and what todo to get it.

Sir, you said, you are the elder son.  How many brothers and sisters you have got? Everybody will have equal rights over your ancestral property.

only up to 3 zeneration can claim the share in the ancestral propert;y.  U r 5th zeneration.  U can claim share in your father'share.

ok but my father are 3 brother and 2 sister total 5 ,and all of them has names listed on the paper i dont no what was it .and no share of my father yet?we are joint family on paper
