It is a third party agency which provided services for getting an agreement registered.  All real estate agents and consultants do the same work for registration of agreements related to lease. You can also do it yourself by going to the registrar or sub registrar office by yourself. 

There is nothing known as Government registered agency. Kindly do not fall in such trap. The government does not provide any such authority.

Do not fall in trap with these agencies. They take your money will then stop responding. They will then put blame on govt. i have used Anulom, they have pathetic service. Go to the registrar directly or may be try another known providers.
