Power of attorney

Hi....

I had given POA to one of my brother for a property which was purchased in my name at my native  so that he can process some property loan for development of the same. In POA it was written this POA is applicable even for the sale of the property as well. when I checked with him he said it is standard  format of the POA and will be used only for the loan processing as I was  Bangalore and he was taking care of the property.

Recently I came to know that he got the  property ownership changed to his son's name (not sure how).

My question can someone change the ownership of a property with help of POA and what are the options available for me to re-claim back?

Thanks

Since you have given the power to sell, you cannot object to it now. But he has taken the sale deed in his own son's name. Taking advantage of this fact, you can challenge the sale deed on the ground of fraud by your agent. You can demand the sale consideration also from your agent.
