Sir I want to file perjury against my wife and I have a very very strong proof. But no lawyer of the court(ACJM) do not how to file perjury. Even till date no perjury application files in this court. Seniors please give me the complete procedure from the very begining and TRIAL PROCEEDINGS.
I HAVE TO MENTION THE IPC SECTIONS IN THE APPLICATION OR THE COURT WILL PUT IPC SECTIONS?
