Property Eligibility

If Husband dies just after(next day or after some time) marraige and had no will.

Then Question is

1) is wife who recently married , eligible to acquire his property..

2) If not then, after how much time she will be eligible to have right over her husband property...

This is not hypothetic,,, it can happen with anyone,,, what are solution in law....

is property or money in bank will always goes to nominee??

A MAN ALREADY MARRIED MAINTAINS A LIVE IN RELATIONSHIP WITH ANOTHER WOMAN AND STAYS WITH HER FOR MORE THAN 25 YEARS, LOOKINGAFTER BOTH FAMILIES.  NOW WETHER THE SECOND LADY AND HER CHILDREN CAN CLAIM FOR THE PROPERTY RIGHTS OR SHARE ?

YES...    in another relation lady is not his wife but child is very much inherites his property as child is his natural son...
