Rti second appeal

My RTI which is in second appeal is comning for hearing in next week which i came to know by going into CIC website.But i have not recived any comunication from CIC.But in web site it was mentioned venue for hearing is VC.

could you pls help me to know understand and how to procede with this.Do i have to attend the hearing personally if so how to know where should i go ?

do i have to take any lawyers help to attend the hearing

And also if i have recived the statisfactory information, what's the my next plan of action?

1. If knowledge of date of hearing is known then one may proceed in person with sharpest arguments or tag along an advocate. The website has contact details, ring them with reference and ask what you are asking this forum!

2. If later found that the Appeal adjudication is satisfactory then use it for the purpose it was meant in the first place accordingly.
I mean people file RTI to seek specific information(s), when here in the brief no such information given to me I have to say what I mean in previous sentence.
