If they dont have any papers against you.. they cannot do anything.

don't worry...till today there is no any complaint???, its premature stage... no proof, nothing will happen... If complaint is file in other state you have to go there for purpose of investigation... if police call you...

before agreeing or disagreeing there are a few questions to dteermine whether at all you deserve any help.

where did you receive money?

Where did you send money?

Did you received cheque or  cash?

Whether you issued and issued receipt or just took black money?

Whether you have receipt where you gave the money?

i never contacted any of those who went abroad before there departure.

Why? You wanted to evade them?

Were there any one of them who did not even go?

i helped them get visas..

What help you gave?

 Whether visa was genuine?

What type of VISA they got?

For what purpose they wanted to go?

they started doing jobs..but after 3-4 months all of them want to come back.

Why they came back and why they did not continue?

Any illegality in their VISA?

Whether they had gone on work VISA or tourist VISA?

and now they ask for refund and also saying we want claim etc etc.

What reasons they say for the refund?

i already paid all amount for there work to be done.

Are you disclosing to them to whom you gave money?

Whom you paid?

Any proof of payment?

Can you take these person to the one whom you paid?

Whether all the services they asked were legal?

and i have proof of everything.

You have proof for what?  

Do you have proof that your services were fully lawful?

Do you have proof that transactions were genuine?

Do you have proof that there was no misrepresentation?

i dont know any of them personally

If you did not know them how they (or you) contacted each other?

Don’t you think that now they know you personally?

Were you doing this service for a total stranger?
