Direct six month hearing date in mcd

Hello Friends,

Myself and wife applied for MCD on March-27-2014 ,got case number on next day and the next hearing date is 29 September, 2014.

We didn't attend the first motion, but we got direct six month hearing date.

My questions are

1) is it a final date or should I wait another six months after sep-29-2014.
2) Can I apply for any waiver for the six month cooling period.

Thanks

1.    It is First motion date given as per concerned Court’s calendar and not second motion date as made out to be. First hearing is not necessary and parties advocate can represent first hearing as per facts stated in next line in your query.

2.    Now both parties can put jointly an Urgency hearing application to recede first motion hearing date (Sept. to an earlier date) citing valid acceptable reason(s); possibilities of onsite employment by either or both parties – remarriage chances – youth etc.

3.    Cooling period cannot be waived off as per current query facts before me.
