Whether eviction of a government employee from a licenced government accommodation requires any notice after termination of the licence ?

On termination of licence, if there is no renewal application pending, the notice for eviction is not mandatory but due process of law to be followed.

Thanks a lot Sir T. Kalaiselvan for your early and effective reply.Would you kindly refer to and quote a few citations ,case laws and/or legal provisions or rules in support of the valuable opinion that a notice is not mandatory for eviction on termination of licence if renewal application is not pending in respect of Government allotted residential premises.

Dr. Sengupta, thanks for your appreciation, however since this subject is of very minor in nature, you may search for som settled laws in this regard yourself by browsing some websites namely Indiankanoon.org or lawweb123 etc.
