Mis use of signed blank stamper by a lawyer

One of the lawyers got a signed blank papers from his client ,stating he needs to file a writ petition in High court.beliving that the client signed and gave him.the lawyer instead of filling the writ,misused the stamp paper filled some amount and started threatening the Client.The lawyer earlier cheated the client for Rs 20 00 000/ by producing that he already paid him back with one of the blank signed stamp paper.now he his threatening to use 5 more blank stamp papers.how to deal with this type of rogue Lawyers.

Please make a complaint with the Bar council of that state which the lawyer belongs to with complete details besides lodging an appropriate complaint with concerned police station too.

By using one blank stamp paper with sign,he has told he has already paid Rs.20 00 00(to the police) that he borrowed before,He knows well about the client's wealth and trying to mis use the blank signed papers.Leagally what action can be taken against a Rogue lawyer who deceived his client in an un ethical way.

All are equal before the eyes of law, some people think that they are more equal, nobody is exempt from the provisions of law, so you may proceed with legal action as envisaged in the law appropriately. a lawyer cannot claim exemption just because he is a lawyer.
