In Form 18, we have to attach the address proof of Registerd Office and if the property is on lease, the the owner has to issue NOC for using the leased premises as registered office.
My question is-
what name of the Company will we write in the NOC or we just write the word "proosed Co." (In case of incorporation of Co.)
