1. Not applicable to Indian legal system as we are not so geared up though Indian PWDVA laws are modeled on US model.


2. Hence copy paste here with application of upper story before any woman queriest in her zeal approaches Indian legal system with copy of your this posting.

3. Also reply to comments being made on your several postings instead of making a blind eye with single aim to please woman centric posts.

These is related to the U.S system and is no where concerned with the Indian state . Tomorrow some one may post that on filing of a complain under DV act like in the U.S someone may get arrested which is not so in the case of india .
