Relinquishment deed - can it be made for a specific property

My Granny expired leaving 3 properties to the heirs - Son and Daughter. The daughter has equal rights on all the 3 properties but she is ready to relinquish her rights on one of the property out of 3 to her brother.

Can a relinquishment deed be made for a specific property or will the daughter lose her rights to all the 3 properties?

Regards,

John

@ Rajendra @ Archana - Thank you for your response.

The lawyers over here (Goa) are saying that a Relinquishment deed cannot be made on a specific property. They are saying if she makes a Relinquishment deed then she will lose her rights on all properties.

Do RD laws change depending on states?

Wish I had some Relinquishment deed documentation to show them.

Regards,

John
