my marriage was on 6 may, 2012, My husband is in canada. i was in canada for 2 months on tourist visa. but in 2 months i was beaten by him. he demanded money(dowry) from my parents as well. he was already living with a girl in canada. and when i revolted, he started blackmailing me to expose me on internet. now i filed a case against him in NRI cell. but i want to see him in india. what is the procedure to bring him back? how he can get deported from canada.?

2. Did you get married in India ?

What is his status there?
If he is on PR or long VISA, then only he would decide when he wants to come back.
You can do other things than bringing him back. Or your lawyer would advise coercing his family members to bring him back. But even then his return is not guaranteed.

nd my husband is from india, bt settled in abroad from last 4 years,
he has only indian citizenship at present.
