statements made in caw cell does not constitutes a eveidence, but your statements can we used as a etheical value. and courts genrally absorbe the mindset of the person with statemnets made in the caw cell.

CAW Cell statements has no value. Whatever statements are made in court has value.

It is the prosecution version. So it has value because that defines on which facts/ documents and witnesses the case would be fought.
