How to change chaild caste?

My Fathers (Indian Muslim) and Mothers(Hindu Marathi Bhavasara Kshatriya) are inter caste marriage, my father expired around 25 years back.

After my father’s death we follow the mother’s religion.  In my all documents my caste was mentioned as Muslim.  I also married a Hindu girl and we got a 4 years baby girl.

In future I want to be mention my baby’s caste as Hindu Marathi Bhavasara Kshatriya. Please tell me it’s possible ?  what is procedures to do all those things and if do so any problems occured in my babys future?

Thanking  You

Yours Sameer

1. The caste into which one is born remains for life. The Hon'ble Supreme Court wayback in 2007 has said that a person could not be identified to a caste other than those of her parents.
