indian law institute Delhi has advertised some online courses.

Many universities offering pgdipr. However I suggest you to do it from any national law university.

I would suggest that you do a distance education from NLS. They have PG in IPR diplomas and such. They are coveted degrees by big law firms and corporate houses.
