Hello All,
5 months back my wife file Interim maintenance in family court, she was working but now she left the job, i know her company, i asked her company HR about her salary slip, but he is not ready to give any details. i also file RTI in PF office, but she was getting cash salary without PF deduction.
Now from last 3 months she is not coming to court. So what should i do, can i do argument for Interim maintenance(X-Party). How long family court keep maintenance case pending. As the time is going on the arrear amount will create burden on me.
Please tell me what should i do??
