Mutual agreement on annulment

Hi All,

This query is related to mutual agreement on annulment.We have succeed to convince the girls family to come together & resolve the issue out of court.They agreed to it since their girl is mentally unsound.We realise that court proceedings are very long with full of suffering.Hence decided to come to an agreement mutually.

I know MCD is possible after one year of the marriage.However,our case is an annulment case & fall within one year.so is it the same procedure like MCD or different? Please advise how to prepare a valid agreement.

1. Hire an Advocate via reference.
2. Give him the brief and he will prepare the douments accordingly.
3. It is suggested to proceed via Court Orders (Decrees) instead of privately as such private Agreements and or dissolving marriage is not approved by any Court of Law be it whatever the grounds are as per your brief before us.
