Procedure for second motion of mcd

I am clueless about what to be done now that 6 months are complete ?Does lawyer need to do anything or Would court automatically give a date when we shall go to court for sec motion?do they publish a list ?

Court must have pronounced 2nd date of appearance when both of u appeared for 1st motion. Check with ur advo or with court clerk......whats the next date

It is in tis hazari court . Lawyer told that it is given later by court .But now he is saying that a mutual petition will be filed and no date is told by him.

WE'l check with court clerk for the date. Pls tell do we need to file another petition now ,that too signed by both parties and appear before court on given date?Is this way delhi district courts work?or no date for second motion is given by court and on filing petition only it will begiven?

In Delhi the system is different you file the mutual divorce petition and first motion happens and no new date for second motion is given.

for second motion after six months you again file the application for second motion and the decree is granted.

This is a good system as it prevents dismissal if any party fails to be present on second motion. so now you need to file second motion and decree will be granted.
