what would be interim maintainance ? He earn 56000 PM and pay home loan(plot purchased) 44500 PM and rent 5000 PM. Are they consider liability while calculating interim maintainance? She is quailfied BE and she work before marriage. currently not working. 8 months old marriage.

yes court considers qualifcation of both parties , salaries , liabilites before deciding interm maintenance .

for above situation how much court can grant? 56000 salary - 44500 load - 5000 rent = he left over 6500.
