What is the validity of Anticipatory Bail, My parents are on AB in 498a & 406 case and Challan will be submitted on 03/10, and we have to travel 2000 kms, is it manadatory to get regular bail while submitting challan, my mother's health is not good, can we take the regular bail on next date by providing any medical certificate or any other option to avoid this.

There is no as such condition, it just says that in case of arrest petitioners will be released on bail to the satisfaction of arresting officer, subject to conditions that petitioners will join investigation as and when required by the police; and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper the investigation in any manner, and they will not leave India without the permission of court.
