can audio and video recordings help in getting divorce. it contains wife talking with parents disrespectfully..

1. More or less YES.
2. But as secondary evidence.
3 Media needs to be saved in its original format.
4. May be for "cruelty" based divorce cases.
5. Depends on "quality" of disrespect and how much it is harmful to you in your marriage if 'cruelty' grounds based divorce petition is yours :-)
