Sms with husband

divorce was filed by husband....now mediation is pending in family court...... hearing is in end of august...... on the other hand i have exchanged lot of messages with my husband....... so can he skip the medaition by saying that since we have exchanged messages so now there is no need of mediation ?????  will the judge also say that since maine mere husband se messages pe itni baatein karli hain toh mediation cancel ho jaani chahiye ????

1. Not necessarily for both questions.
2. Also it depends who is more interested in saving matrimony.
3. Mediation is a voluntary process and a Family Court may insist parties for that but cannot make it binding Rule on either spouse to participate then only case shall proceed kar key!.

Mediation is not compulsory. You can tell in the Court that you are not interested.
