Who are legal heirs?

If a person "A" is deceased leaving his widow, a minor son, parents, married brothers, married sister. Who will be the legal heirs? How the property will be divided? Note: Parents, brothers, sisters were not residing with him.

The person's LRs are his mother, widow and his son. Whether the mother is living with him or not does not matter in case of succession.
