498 a and dv cases are running in lower court......intreme maintenance ordered in dv case and both cases are running....plz guide when to file divorce case or to wait till result for both cases.....i am confused.....plz guide me experts....

You can file it now. Need not wait till other cases are disposed. In fact that is better also to file now because they may come forward for settlement and mutual consent divorce. File for quash of S.498a and DV act cases in HC if charges are not framed yet. After settlement and mutual consent divorce if you report to HC that MCD is done and settlement amicably reached between parties, the HC will quash all the cases pending in all courts.
