Timeframe for quash in supreme court

I want to apply for quash in Supreme Court for my 498a case.

How long does it take for the Quash hearing in Supreme Court assuming I am going to file my application tommorow.

Since you are filing in the vacations - urge the court for it to be taken by the SC Vacation Bench - if your case has merit and the HC order is perverse - you may expect a stay quite early.

Quash very defficult  at SC unless on face of it no case is made out in FIR not on evidence.

No time frame for any proceeding before any court so what to say about  SC.

FOLLOW ARUSHI MUDER CASE NOW BEFORE SC.

No time line can be guaranteed. If you are filing the petition during vacation, after objection removal and all, it should be two weeks before the matter is listed for admission. Regards, Shonee Kapoor harassed.by.498a@gmail.com

Thanks Bharat, JSDN & Shonee.

I understand no time line can possible be given in any case.

But  how long have the quash petition filed in SC in last 2-3 years have taken to be disposed from the time its listed for admission.

I was wondering if someone could give a picture of latest trend in SC.
