my elder brother got marries in jan 2006.they had 2 girl child now.
my sister-in-law always quarrels with my brother and all family member on small even.
she quarrels when she was wrong and she always treatens us that she will file dowry case on us.
she even had made my brother arrested once by lodging false complaint of dowry demand bt later took her complaint back and defined it as warning.

you should file a complaint against your sister inlaw mentioning therein her cruel behavior and harresment attitude. their is nothing in the law which can stop you against the proceeding.
your brother is also having some options in H.M.A. so he can go that way also.

I have 498A,DV and other cases on me..i am finding it easier to deal with my bitter half in court than at home :-)

File a NC in your local police station that your brother's wife is threatening to file cases against you. Follow what Mr. Shonee Kapoor has advised.
