Law of trusts

Hello All,

My question is relating to Law of Trusts.

There is a trust that belongs to a particular caste. I would like to know how can board of trustees be changed. Is it possible to do so by a general election.

Thank you.

If it is a public trust - an application u/s 92 CPC can be moved by the persons interested in trust or the advocate general of state and the court can pass a variety of orders as regards the trust.

Thank you for your reply. What if the trust is of private nature? and if possible, can you also please explain the differences between a public trust and private trust?
