Pendentilite allimony applicable or not?

Respected all,

Pl inform ------

 Circumstances: husband  filed a divorce suit. ,then wife filed a petitions u/s 24 for pendentilite allimony for herself and minor girl child(4yrs). Husband is unemployed and wife is a  govt. servent . After that Husband got  same tYpe of govt job . Mentioned that husbands income(RS6000) less that wife(RS7000+OTHERS)

1.  HOW  MUCH  EXPECTED  PENDENTI-LITE -ALLIMONY  FOR  CHILD  U/S24 OF HMA?

2.CHILD WILL GET PENDENTI-LITE- ALIMONY MAINTENANCE IS LEGAL U/S 24 OF HMA(WHAT SECTIONS IN LAW)?

3. HAVE ANY LAW THAT CHILD WILL GET  PENDENTI-LITE- ALLIMONY MAINTENANCE U/S24 OF HMA UNDER ABOVE CIRCUMSTANCES? PL INFORM IFHAVE  ANY CITATION(S).

1. Yes. Child maint. she will get being responsibility of both parents. Since wife earning she will not get interim maint.
2. Around 2 K for child Court may order as interim maint. 
3. Let us not get into hyper legal texts in presented facts before us and graciously 'offer' interim maint. for child voluntarily!

As both are earning it is the joint responsibility of both the parents to maintain the child . Hence more a less 2 k
